Founded by first generation entrepreneurs, Sarao Distillery (OPC) Private Limited is a rapidly growing player in India’s alcoholic beverages (AlcoBev) industry. Established with a vision to build a quality-driven and future ready spirits company, Sarao Distillery has consistently focused on innovation, engineering excellence, and superior product standards.
Incorporated in 2018 in Punjab, the company began its journey with a state-of-the-art distillation facility and a high capacity bottling unit located in Patiala, Punjab. Backed by modern infrastructure, advanced manufacturing processes, and stringent quality controls, Sarao Distillery laid a strong operational foundation from its inception.
After successfully establishing itself as a significant player in the country liquor segment in Punjab, the company strategically expanded into the branded IMFL segment. This foray was driven by a differentiated business approach centered on delivering high-quality products, contemporary packaging, and consistent consumer experiences across categories.
Today, Sarao Distillery operates across major consumption segments and boasts a growing portfolio of premium and mass-market brands. The company is proud to be the creator of brands such as Russian Night BOB, Russian Night Reserve Whisky, Old Speech Rum, Old Speech Prime Whisky, Old Speech Vodka, and Grand Label.
